We are still available online for shipping or for any questions you may have.

The safety of our community and staff against the spread of the Covid-19 is most important to us. Be rest assured that:

 Improved cleaning and hygiene measures are in place and will continue indefinitely throughout our boutique

 It is a condition of entry into our boutique that all clients sanitize their hands and keep a safe distance at all times

YES! We can certainly ship your gown directly to your door across Australia.

We're here to help guide you to find the perfect gown for your special event. Remember! Certainly no hugs or kisses for your postie when he shows up at your door with your dream gown. 

We carry a wide selection of beautiful ready to wear gowns that can be purchased off the rack. If you have seen a gown online that you love but cant find your size please contact us. We are here to guide you with your purchase. 

All Duchess Boutique's designers are working to deliver gowns to schedule.  We are working very closely with them and monitoring your order if you have one with us or are planning to special order with us. We will contact you immediately if we see any delays that may affect delivery. 

We monitor all of our orders closely. During these uncertain times we are doing our very best to make sure we receive your gown as promised, Unfortunately, delays can occur out of our control, We will certainly contact you immediately if any.

We understand during these uncertain times, the Covid-19 virus has been quite worrying for us all. Please kindly understand the same return policy applies to all of our items.

You may request a return within our 7-day return policy.  (*excluding non-returnable items) Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault with a product.
