Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a exchange within our 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a exchange and also return your order to us within those 7 days for a exchange or credit. Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit. 

There is no Change of Mind Refunds
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault with a product.

We always endeavor to insure your product is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Those items that are on sale/clearance may have imperfections and information about this will always be stated in the description. Therefore all sale/clearance items are final.

Eligibility for a Exchange

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@duchessboutique.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: gift cards, Special Orders,  Sale/Clearance Items or Personal Care Items (such as adhesive or intimate wear)
