Special Orders

Special Orders are items that are not in stock in our Melbourne Boutique however can be specially ordered in other sizes and colours to suit your occasion. The allocated size, colour and style cannot be changed or returned once you place your order. A strict 50% cancellation fee applies if for any reason you choose to not proceed with your original order. Any remaining amount will be issued as a store credit.

We closely monitor all of our Special Orders and prioritize those that have events approaching soon. In rare occasions delays out of our control can occur within the final weeks of your delivery time. We will contact you immediately if for any reason a delay occurs with your order.

Special Order Delivery Time

Standard Special Orders take 12-18 weeks for production plus shipping time to your door

Rush Priority Special Orders (a fee applies) can take from 2-8 weeks for production plus shipping time to your door
