The allocated size, colour and style cannot be changed or returned once you place your order. I don’t even know where to start as the whole experience was exceptional. The place is magnificent. If you can’t find a dress here you never will. Everything your heart could imagine and want. I went feeling overwhelmed at the thought of finding a dress for a black tie special event and from the first moment Nektaria put me at ease and helped the whole way through.
Between Nektaria and Patricia’s experience my worries were put to rest. They were spectacular. Wonderful in knowledge about their stock, availability, what would work on my body type. Wonderfully warm and encouraging. Made me feel so comfortable and I found a dress far surpassing my expectations that I wouldn’t have thought to look at but they knew it would work.
