Jamie and the team were incredible today! After failing to find a suitable ball gown for my daughter online or in WA, Jamie had the perfect dress for my daughter within the first few minutes of trying gowns on. She knew exactly what styles would be appropriate and modern for a highschool formal. I haven’t seen my daughter this happy in a long time. Jamie and the team were extremely, knowledgeable, efficient, passionate & extremely accommodating. I couldn’t be there in person with my daughter today whilst trying dresses on, but I felt super confidant on FaceTime that she was in extremely capable and caring hands. She looked stunning. You went that step further in recommending alterations and ensuring me it’ll be ready in time. If I could give you more stars I would because the relief I feel right now, knowing my daughter is happy and finally excited about her last school ball, I can relax. You’ve completely made my day and my daughter will remember this experience forever. The best kind of customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you 🙏🏼 if I could hug you right now I would x

I don’t even know where to start as the whole experience was exceptional. The place is magnificent. If you can’t find a dress here you never will. Everything your heart could imagine and want. I went feeling overwhelmed at the thought of finding a dress for a black tie special event and from the first moment Nektaria put me at ease and helped the whole way through.
Between Nektaria and Patricia’s experience my worries were put to rest. They were spectacular. Wonderful in knowledge about their stock, availability, what would work on my body type. Wonderfully warm and encouraging. Made me feel so comfortable and I found a dress far surpassing my expectations that I wouldn’t have thought to look at but they knew it would work. Thank you isn’t enough. You’re brilliant at what you do and it’s truly dress heaven. I’ll be back 100% … once you go here you don’t go anywhere else
