Special Orders are items that are not in stock in our Melbourne Boutique however can be specially ordered in other sizes and colours to suit your occasion. The allocated size, colour and style cannot be changed or returned once you place your order. A strict 50% cancellation fee applies if for any reason you choose to not proceed with your original order. Any remaining amount will be issued as a store credit.

We closely monitor all of our Special Orders and prioritize those that have events approaching soon. In rare occasions delays out of our control can occur within the final weeks of your delivery time. We will contact you immediately if for any reason a delay occurs with your order.

I don’t even know where to start as the whole experience was exceptional. The place is magnificent. If you can’t find a dress here you never will. Everything your heart could imagine and want. I went feeling overwhelmed at the thought of finding a dress for a black tie special event and from the first moment Nektaria put me at ease and helped the whole way through.
Between Nektaria and Patricia’s experience my worries were put to rest. They were spectacular. Wonderful in knowledge about their stock, availability, what would work on my body type. Wonderfully warm and encouraging. Made me feel so comfortable and I found a dress far surpassing my expectations that I wouldn’t have thought to look at but they knew it would work.
